Anionic polyacrylamide is a kind of high molecular polymer with water-solubility. It has active groups with rather strong positive charge and an effective function of floe collation. It is easily soluble in water and not soluble in some organic solvent like ethanol and acetone. And it is innocuous, colorless, flavorless and easy to absorb damp.

PAM Application & Dosage Information:
Prepare a stock solution of Anionic polyacrylamide of up to 0.5% concentration via an automated make down unit or as a batch.
Allow the solution to age for 30 to 60 minutes for maximum effectiveness.
Then use good quality make up water to give secondary dilution of at least 10:1 (clean water to stock solution). Then add as required.
AVOID the use of centrifugal pumps.

Spilled polymer is very slippery. Spills should be scooped and / or wiped prier to flushing with water. Being highly hygroscopic avoid from exposure to air.
