Product Description
ALUMINUM CHLOROHYDRATE(ACH)

Inorganic macromolecular compound, white powder, its solution shows colorless or tawny transparent liquid and specific gravity is 1.33-1.35g/ml(20º C), easily dissolve in water. It's mainly used for drinking water treatment or industrial water treatment.

Aluminum Chlorohydrate is a high quality, high performance coagulant that is commonly used in both municipal and industrial treatment processes to remove particles and organic matter. The highly charged Al in combination with very high basicity of 83% (OH/Al of 2.49) offers great performance over a variety of different water conditions. The product offers higher performance at a lower dosage than more conventional coagulants, with very little effect on pH and consumption of alkali.

The highest quality of ACH, manufactured under very strict conditions, can also be used as a raw material in the cosmetics industry and in other commercial industries.

Metering pumps and other equipment that comes in contact with concentrated solutions of Aluminum Chlorohydrate must also be constructed of acid resistant materials such as PVC, rubber, Teflon, ceramic and Hastolly C. No wetted parts should contain any metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminum.
