Aluminium oxide production emulsion flocculant -- anionic polyacrylamide emulsion.
Aluminium oxide production emulsion flocculant easly soluble in water, hardly soluble in organic solvent, containing many active ingredients, applicable to use in pulp of strong alkali and acid, high temperature and salt, which has a good solid-liquid separation effect.

Field of use:
It applies to mineral smelting industry, such as red mud settlement in the process of bayer's method and sintering method to produce aluminium oxide, and wet method to smelt non-ferrous metal like zinc, lead and copper; It may satisfy different material falls and different feeding equipments, for example, flocculant with negative charge in NT-L product used in aluminium oxide industry may make electricity in red mud neutralized, make micro particles quickly take off and make flocculant condensation group settle; Dosage is usually 0.2~0.6KG/T dry red mud and specific model shall be determined by experiments. It applies to slurry treatment, concentration and filtering links of phosphate; It applies to the concentration, filtering, centrifugal dewatering of coal washing industry; It applies to the process of the treatment of mineral processing wastewater for manganese ore and the crystallization settlement of manganese sulfate.
Red mud dewatering anionic polyacrylamide emulsion packaging:
Emulsion: Loaded with 25KG and 50KG plastic barrel loaded with 200KG and 1000KG plastic barrel;
Dissolution of Aluminium oxide production emulsion flocculant:
Dissolved water: Low hardness of water with PH as neutral is recommended to use; Groundwater and water dissolving inorganic substance or excessive metal ions is easy to reduce product performance.
Dissolution time: The dry powder products can play their best performance when used after dissolved for one hour (non-ionic dry powder products are recommended to dissolve for more than two hours).
Dissolution concentration: The general dissolution concentration of cationic products is 0.2% (feasible for 0.1%~0.5%); The dissolution concentration of anionic and non-ionic products is 0.1% (feasible for 0.05%~0.3%).
Dissolution should be conducted in the grooves made of materials of plastic, ceramic and stainless steel, for which the stirring speed should not be too fast. The centrifugal pump and other high-shear rotor pump should be avoided during conveying of dilute solution, and it is best to use screw pump and other low-shear pump.
The dissolution conditions are relatively special for flocculants used in aluminum oxide technology, and on-site technical guidance is required.
Notes for use and storage of special flocculant anionic polyacrylamide emulsion
This product is non-toxic, water soluble and easy to be affected with damp and form masses.
Water is used to clean hands when hands or skin is contaminated.
The product storage temperature is 5 C~30 C and is recommended to keep in dry places.
The dry powder products with original packaging is recommended to use within one year, with shelf life of two years.
The storage time of general emulsion is six months. If stored for a longer time, one layer of oil will be precipitated from the emulsion superstratum, which is normal phenomenon. Stir uniformly before use so that the use effect will not be affected.
The dilute solution prepared should not be kept for a long time, and it is best to dissolve upon use. The product viscosity will reduce after more than 24 hours, causing the decrease in use.
