Anionic Polyacrylamide-PAM is used for water treatment, mining, paper mills and sugar production.
Polyacrylamide (abbreviated as PAM) is a polymer (-CH2CHCONH2-) formed from acrylamide subunits. It can be synthesized as a simple linear-chain structure or cross-linked.
High performance high molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide
Excellent for use in wastewater and effluent treatment applications
Ieal for mechanical dewatering
As a coagulant aid
An aid in Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) units
Reduces need for inorganic salts
Achieves high solids removal
Economical to use

Application & Dosage Information:
Prepare a stock solution of Anionic polyacrylamide of up to 0.5% concentration via an automated make down unit or as a batch.
Allow the solution to age for 30 to 60 minutes for maximum effectiveness.
Then use good quality make up water to give secondary dilution of at least 10: 1 (clean water to stock solution). Then add as required.
AVOID the use of centrifugal pumps.
It is always advisable to do Jar test before bulk test, please refer to MSDS for more details.
