Product Description

Polyelectrolyte Anionic is widely used for paper wastewater treatment, paper white water recycle and flocculantion.

Blufloc series of abionic polyelectrolytes are synthetic high molecular weight water soluble polymers basesd on acrylamide and copolymers. These flocculants have a remarkable property to bring about flocculation of extremely fine solid particles present as suspension in aqueous media. The large agglomorates or flocs of particles so formed behave as large particles and settle at very high rate leaving clear liquid at the top.
Also these helps conservation of water.

Polyelectrolyte Polymer Features:
1) Appearance:                   White granule
2) Molecular weight:            5 - 22 million minimum
3) Granule:                         20 - 100 mesh
4) Solid content:                 88% minimum
5) Hydrolyzing degree:       10 - 20%, 20 - 30% or 30 - 40%
6) Dissolving time:              2 hours maximum (10° C)
7) Insoluble:                       0.5% maximum
8) Monomer free:               0.05% maximum

Polyelectrolyte Anionic Advantages:
1, Economical to use- Effective at very low dosage levels, resulting in reduced handling and storage cost.
2, Works over a wide pH range and does not alter pH in the system.
3, Larger, faster-settling flocs are formed in gravity settling operations.
4, Increased filtration rates and drier cakes are produced in filtration process. Sludges contain less ash when incinerated.
5, Higher solids capture, increased clarity, and greater throughput are attained in centrifugation.
6, Air flotation operation produces clearer underflows and greater throughput.

Packing:
25kg/plastic enhanced paper bags with inner plastic bag, 25kg/PE bag
