Product Description

A2258 is high molecular PAM (Anionic polyacrylamide) for paper making white water recycle use.

A2258 anionic PAM is a simple linear-chain structure polyacrylamide.

Specification:
1) Appearance:             White granule
2) Molecular weight:      20-25 million minimum
3) Granule:                    20 - 100 mesh
4) Solid content:            89% minimum
5) Hydrolyzing degree:  35%-40% 
6) Dissolving time:         1 hours maximum (25° C)
7) Insoluble:                   0.5% maximum
8) Monomer free:           0.05% maximum

Application & Dosage Information:
Prepare a stock solution of Anionic polyacrylamide of up to 0.5% concentration via an automated make down unit or as a batch.
Allow the solution to age for 30 to 60 minutes for maximum effectiveness.
Then use good quality make up water to give secondary dilution of at least 10:1 (clean water to stock solution). Then add as required.
AVOID the use of centrifugal pumps.
It is always advisable to do Jar test before bulk test, please refer to MSDS for more details.
