Before Use IntroductionAfter biological treatment, COD about 300mg/l, ammonia nitrogen around 10mg/l, deep purple red, and then through the decolorizing agent treatment (dosage 150ppm, cost 1.35 yuan/ton of waste water), COD about 180mg/l, ammonia nitrogen around 11mg/l, lavender red, sludge 2~3 tons/day, local discharge standard is COD less than 200mg/l, ammonia nitrogen less than 20mg/l, colority less than 80times.Target of the plant for aerobic biological treatment, treated water: COD <150 mg/l, to leave a safe margin with discharge standard, reduce colority, reduce the amount of decolorizing agent (or without decolorization agent).After Use Introduction

- After using BWG-204, in the first seven days, ammonia nitrogen daily slowly reduced from 12mg/l, on the seventh day, dropped to 2mg/l;
- After using BWG-204, the discharge of the COD value dropped from the 300mg/l to less than 130mg/l, the dissolved oxygen situation has not improved, limited by the hardware, if increase capacity of the blower, increase aeration diffuser,, it would increase dissolved oxygen, then COD have a certainty down to 80mg/l or less.
- The plant improves the hardware to increase dissolved oxygen, After using BWG-204 for two weeks, then COD dropped from the original 300mg/l to 70mg/l.
