Case 7: Project in a Poyester Dyeing And Printing Plant
Wastewater Information
The palnt is a polyester dyeing and printing enterprises mainly use disperse dye. The waste water mainly comes from the dyeing & printing workshop. The water temperature is 120~130ºC.

Before Using BWG
Before, after the Aerobic biological process, the COD was 200mg/l, ammonia nitrogen was 16mg/l, light purple color, sludge amount 1.5 tons per day.
The plant's target is that treated water should be COD <100mg/L, ammonia nitrogen <5mg/L, colorless transparent clear and can be recycled after treatment.
After Using BWG-204 Introduction
  1. After using BWG-204, the ammonia nitrogen reduced slowly every day from 16 mg/L, and dropprd to 0.48 mg/L on the seventh day.
  2. COD reduced from the original 200mg/L to 78mg/L, and it maintained stable.
  3. The wastewater color is reduced from dark purple to slight red color,and can be decolorized by the decolorizing agent.
 

The Advantages Of BWG Bio-Cleaning Agent

  1. There are a lot of organism carriers in biological system, it can increase biological tank treatment capacity, greatly improve the shock resistance of biological system;
  2. Solve sludge bulking problem that easily occurs in biological tank;
  3. Increase the COD removal rate to 90% in biological system, remove 50% of TN, NH3-N can drop to almost Zero;
  4. Withstand 4% high salinity environment;
